OFCP Round 2 is now closed
The Federal Government’s On Farm Connectivity Program (OFCP) will provide $18 million in subsidies and rebates for growers investing in smart farming technology. The OFCP is part of a $656 million Better Connectivity Plan for Regional and Rural Australia and aims to assist primary producers to take advantage of digital agribusiness solutions to boost productivity, improve safety and drive more sustainable farming practices.

Round 2 - Key Dates
Round 2 opened on November 8th, 2024 and funding will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so we encourage you to complete the necessary steps now to ensure your rebate application is submitted promptly. We'll work with you to find the right solutions for your operation, assist with the preparation of your application and schedule your installation.
Three key changes for Round 2
· Broader eligibility – the primary producer revenue cap has been increased from $2 million to $4 million
· Lower minimum rebate – the minimum rebate has been reduced from $3,000 to $1,000 (GST exclusive)
· Extended timeframe –the timeframe for completion of projects has increased from 60 days to 120 days

A Goanna Ag representative will contact you to define the right products for your business
Goanna Ag will provide you with a quote (pre-approved under OFCP)
You accept the quote and confirm your intention to proceed with the application
Goanna Ag initiates the online application, inviting you to contribute
Your application is assessed by the OFCP team and their decision advised (this may take 2+ weeks)
On approval, Goanna Ag will invoice you for 50% of your total order and, where applicable, arrange device installation with you
You will need to make payment promptly to allow us to complete our commitment to OFCP and for them to then pay Goanna Ag the remaining 50% of invoice value
