Returns policy

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. 

Warranty against defects 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor we reserve our right to offer repair only.  

Other returns

We will accept returns and provide you with a refund or repair where: 

  • the item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or 

  • the item is not fit for its intended purpose, or

  • the item does not match the sample or our description; and 

  • you can present proof of purchase; and

  • the return date is within 12 months from the date of purchase. 

We reserve the right not to offer a refund (including a refund of postage costs) or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.  Data will not be collected during the repair process. 

How to return an item 

Prior to returning your item, please email our customer service team at sales@goannaag.com.au to advise them of the item you are returning, the date of purchase and the reason for return.  A member of our customer service team will contact you within 5 business days to arrange your return. After this, you can post the item to the following address: Goanna Ag - 60 Hungerford Street, GOONDIWINDI QLD 4390.
